Also, I got a new laptop (I sold mine to my sister).

The Acer Aspire One. It's pretty sweet, 8.9in screen, weighs 2.2 pounds, and only cost $350 bucks, which was really only $130 for me after I sold mine for the other half of the cost.

So I love Prof McG. I love all the music therapy people. Even though he's the head of the department, he insisted I'd be advised by Dr. Pierce (head of all music) my first time. (Even though this isn't my first time. I was advised by McG when I transferred).

Well, well. I went to my schedule to see if I could fit in another class. Either get speech out of the way, or take a class maybe on geriatrics. And what do I find? Dr. Pierce scheduled me conflicting classes! Music theory and therapy at the same time! Wtf!

Ugh, I knew he was a bad idea. I'm beyond frustrated. I emailed my gay hubby to have him sort it out. There is a different section of theory that makes WAY more sense for me to take, but I'm afraid it's closed by now! Hopefully I can meet with McG maybe tomorrow.

Wonderful! :( And now I'm too distraught to even look through the possibilities of electives.
